Why Tawan Trust
What makes studying with us worth your time
We do not ask you to take our word for it. Here are the concrete differences between how we work and how most financial education tends to be delivered.

Six things that make a real difference
Unhurried by design
Every session is paced to suit learners who want to absorb material properly, not sprint through a syllabus. We never leave a topic before the room is ready to move on.
Relevant to Thailand
Our content is built around Thai financial systems — banks, savings accounts, social security, and local cost-of-living realities. You will not hear examples from economies you do not live in.
No financial products sold
Tawan Trust earns no commission and sells nothing. This is a rare situation in financial education. You can trust that what you hear is taught because it is useful, not because it benefits us.
Small group learning
You will not sit in a webinar with hundreds of attendees or watch a pre-recorded video alone. Our sessions are small gatherings where questions are expected and welcomed.
Clear written materials
Every programme includes printed guides and workbooks written in plain English. You can take them home, refer to them later, and share them with a trusted person if that is helpful.
A clear path forward
Our three programmes follow a logical sequence. Starting small and building gradually is not a weakness — it is how most adults learn best. You can progress at exactly your own pace.
Expertise
Our team comes from within the Thai financial system
Our lead educators spent their careers inside Thai banks and financial institutions before shifting to education. That background means they understand not just the theory of saving and planning, but the practical reality of how Thai products work, what the paperwork actually says, and where people tend to run into difficulty.
They also understand the culture of financial conversations in Thailand — the reluctance many people feel to ask what seem like basic questions, and the importance of feeling comfortable before opening up about personal circumstances. That sensitivity shapes how every session is run.
What this means in practice
- Examples drawn from real Thai banking situations, not hypothetical scenarios
- Familiarity with common points of confusion in Thai financial documents
- Curriculum that acknowledges the specific costs and income patterns common to life in Phuket
- A teaching style shaped by years of explaining complex matters to non-specialists
What participants receive
- Printed or digital materials for every session
- Workbooks to complete at home between sessions
- Planning notebooks and personal folders in the longer programmes
- Access to recorded sessions in programmes where this is offered
Value
Pricing that reflects what is actually included
Our programme fees are straightforward. Wading In is ฿4,600 for three sessions including all materials. Finding Your Depth runs to six weeks at ฿6,700, including recorded lessons and a planning notebook. The Far Horizon Programme covers ten weeks for ฿10,300, with a personal folder and a closing reflection session.
There are no upsells, no subscription requirements, and no additional costs once you enrol. The price you see is the price you pay. We keep fees accessible deliberately — we want the cost of learning to feel reasonable, not like a commitment that needs careful deliberation in itself.
Support
We are easy to reach and prompt to respond
Questions do not always arrive during session hours. If something comes up between sessions or before you have even enrolled, we answer by phone or email, usually the same day. You will not be directed to a chatbot or a generic FAQ page.
For longer programmes, participants also benefit from a midway check-in — a brief one-to-one conversation to review progress, address any confusion, and think about what to focus on in the remaining sessions.
How to reach us

What Sets Us Apart
The things you will not find elsewhere
A midway check-in for longer programmes
Finding Your Depth and The Far Horizon Programme both include a structured one-to-one check-in at the halfway point. This is time set aside to review how things are going for you personally — not a general session.
A personal planning folder for our ten-week programme
Participants in The Far Horizon Programme receive a personal planning folder built up across the ten weeks — a document that reflects their own situation, questions, and thinking, not a generic template.
A natural pathway between programmes
Completing one programme means you are already prepared for the next. Our three-stage structure is not just marketing — each programme genuinely builds on the previous, so the transition feels smooth and natural.
Always referral-first on personal decisions
When a topic touches on personal financial choices, we pause and recommend a licensed professional. This is not a disclaimer — it is a principle we hold to in every session, every time.
